About Us
Our Mission:
Restoring our community by making disciples while loving and serving our neighbors.
Our Strategy:
Since making disciples is what we’re called to be about as God’s people, Crossover’s leadership believes that it’s important to structure Crossover in a way that makes it as easy as possible for the entire Crossover family to “get in the game.” The graphic below displays Crossover’s simple strategy for making disciples in our community.
We gather together every Sunday to worship and celebrate God for who He is and what He’s done. We go together on mission to make disciples through our Missional Teams. We grow together in Huddles as we help each other pursue becoming more and more like Jesus. And we engage in gospel works (gospel-motivated good works) through CCI as we tangibly love and serve our community.
Our Core Values:
God Does the Heavy Lifting: God calls us to be faithful and to trust Him to do the rest. Knowing that the results are in His hands keeps us humble and focused on glorifying Him whenever we see fruit.
Gospel-Centered Living: We proclaim the gospel as the answer for both those who trust and follow Jesus and those who don’t. The gospel isn’t the ABCs of the Christian life, it’s the A-Z of the Christian life.
Relational Ministry: We believe the power of the gospel flows through relationships. This makes sense when you realize that God created us for relationships: with Him and with others.
Authentic Brokenness: It’s impossible for us to really grow spiritually without being transparent and vulnerable. We strive to be a safe place where it’s ok not to be ok.
Strategic Ministry: God has given each of us only one life to live for His glory. We want to make the best use of the short time that He has given us on this earth.
